1) Please input your username and password and press the 'Confirm Reset 2FA' button.
2) An email will be sent that has the link you need in order to continue the reset process.
Please click on the link, it will take you back to the ECOPS site.
3) Sign in with your username and password and you will be presented with a new QR code to register with your authenticator app. If you need assistance registering your authenticator app with ECOPS, please consult the login guide on the main page.
4) Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. If you receive a '2FA Reset Success’ email and you
did not initiate it, please contact
support as soon as possible via the
main page.
